Hello! I'm Lauren McAdams, and for the past 20 years, I've dedicated my career to training and coaching, transforming lives and achieving remarkable outcomes. My journey includes seven enriching years as a team leader, during which I and my team built impactful partnerships with leaders of non-profit organizations across more than 90 markets in the Americas.

A pivotal part of my professional journey has been my commitment to continuous learning and acquiring specialized skills. I am an RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) Therapist, having trained at the esteemed RTT Training School, and also I hold a Foundation Certificate in Rapid Transformational Coaching, and am skilled with advanced techniques to deliver profound client transformations.

My expertise extends to the non-profit sector where I am certified in Non-Profit Board Consulting and Board Education by BoardSource was was awarded the Certified Association Executive credential by the American Society of Association Executives. I bring a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience to every coaching session.

I am passionate about continuous learning. I earned my Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University School of Business, specializing in Strategic Management and International Business. My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Virginia.

 

Today, I harness my extensive experience and diverse educational background to empower clients to overcome confidence barriers and achieve their highest potential.
